Unless your company sells to bots, and I don't think we are there yet... you sell to people! The problem is we don't talk to people, we market to them. Or worse, we sell! Stop selling, stop marketing and start communicating authentically. How many emails that you subscribe to do you ignore or delete every morning? MOST! Why? Because we don't want to be marketed to or sold to.How to start talking to people from people? Less sizzle. More steak. Less selling and more helping people buy more. There is a way to do that. And I will outline some of those strategies and why they work.
Forget B2B or B2C, it's all P2P - People to people. And it seems most companies have forgotten that.
